A little about me…

My name is Linda, and I’m the founder of Marveling at Money.

I made my first investment at 18 as a college freshman, watching my account grow to almost $17,000 before it fell to a little over $3,000.

This was nearly five years ago, but that experience taught me I wanted to learn as much as possible about investing, finances, and taxes to avoid another big loss.

Since then, I’ve graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, focusing on personal financial planning. I currently work in corporate finance, though personal finance remains my passion. Along the way, I’ve gained deeper insights into the journey toward ‘Financial Independence,’ the ultimate promised land.
